Mobile Office Products
A. The VanGo desks have a welded steel frame, heavy duty phenolic composite desktops and drawer fronts, and thermal foil laminate drawer boxes. The CrewGo and CarGo have aluminum frames and the same heavy-duty phenolic composite desk surfaces. The phenolic composite is anti-microbial and temperature tolerant.
A. All our desks are proudly manufactured in the USA.
A. Yes. There are many ways to create a customized workspace without the costs associated with a custom build out. We have several optional components and accessories available for our standard mobile office models, as well as an array of color options for the desk frame, drawers, top and chair. Also, our team is always available to help create a complete customization. Let us know what you are looking for and we will create it for you!
A. We have various mobile office models and options. Use our Request a Quote form to obtain recommendations and pricing based on the type of vehicle you have and what options you would like. Our team members are with you throughout your assessment and purchasing process to answer any questions you might have.
A. We have the Seating Solution for you. The same sliding base that comes with the mobile office is available as a stand-alone product. It is bolted directly into the floor for security and safety and comes with the same ergonomic office chair used with the mobile office.

Generally speaking, our VanGo 800 mobile office is best suited for use in a full-sized van and our VanGo 610 is designed for small and medium sized vans. Our CarGo mobile office can be installed in virtually any 4-door vehicle and the CrewGo fits in full-size pick-up trucks and large SUVs.
A. What you need to complete your mobile office will depend on how often you plan to use it, and what you plan to do while working there. If you plan on using computers, you will need an auxiliary battery and power inverter. Cargo vans may require additional HVAC if you will be working for long periods of time in less moderate climates. Check out our Mobile Office Checklist for a more comprehensive list of suggestions.
A. The size and type of power you will need varies greatly based on how you will be using your mobile office. Since everyone’s electrical requirements are different, we recommend that you talk with a mobile power specialist to determine the type of auxiliary power needed. Professional installers, also known as upfitters, are a great source for this type of information. We can help you locate an upfitter or electrical specialist in your area.
Purchasing a Mobile Office
A. Whether you plan to purchase a single mobile office or an entire fleet, our team will work with you to determine your needs. A. We accept ACH, credit card (3% convenience fee added) and checks. An invoice will we mailed to you with the option to enter a credit card or pay via ACH. Orders are processed as soon as payment has been received.

Shipment and Returns
A. Stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days after receiving a purchase order and payment. Mobile office chairs within ship 10 – 12 business days. For custom orders and out of stock items please allow 8 to 12 weeks.
A. Minimal assembly is required for all the mobile offices. The VanGo desks are shipped fully assembled. The sliding seat base will need to be bolted onto the desk and the chair inserted into the base. If you ordered a slatwall hutch it will need to be bolted to the desk. All accessories will also need to be installed.
The CarGo and CrewGo mobile offices require minimal assembly as well. The articulating laptop arm and desk legs will need to be attached to the desk.
A. The VanGo and CrewGo mobile offices are packaged on pallets and shipped by truck. The CarGo mobile offices ship using a common carrier like UPS or FedEx.
A. Yes, mobile offices and accessory Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please see our Return Policy for complete information. Returns are rare since our team will work with you prior to purchase to determine the best mobile office for your vehicle. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction!
Assembly and Installation
A. It depends on the type of mobile office you are purchasing.
The CarGo mobile office does not require professional installation since no drilling or altering of the vehicle is needed. The mobile office is secured with the seat belt and front passenger seat. Detailed instructions are provided with your mobile office.
Professional installation is recommended for the VanGo mobile offices as drilling into the floor is required. Our team is available to provide recommendations for professional installers, also known as upfitters, in your area if needed.
Drilling into the vehicle floor is optional for the CrewGo mobile office. If you plan to drill into the floor, professional installation is recommended. If you use the seat belt and front passenger seat only to secure the mobile office, no professional installation is needed. Detailed instructions are provided with the mobile office.
A. Yes. Since the mobile office is bolted through the floor of the van, self-installation is not recommended. It may cause damage to the vehicle’s electronics, fuel tank, or other mechanical systems that could void your vehicle’s warranty.
A. Often the dealer where you purchased your vehicle will have recommendations. If not, our team can help you find a professional installer, also called an upfitter, in your area.
We can also ship your mobile office directly to the upfitter for installation.
Warranty and Repair
A. Yes, every desk comes with a one (1) year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Please see our Warranty Policy for model specific warranties.
A. The desk is equipped with an adjustable shelf for a keyboard or laptop. The chair has the same type of adjustments as a standard office chair including adjustable back height, tilting backrest, sliding seat pan and pneumatic lift. The desk or the overhead hutch can be fitted with an adjustable monitor mount that allows you to position the monitor correctly. This combination of features allows the user to achieve an ergonomic neutral posture.

A. No. For safety reasons, using your mobile office while the vehicle is in motion is strictly prohibited.
A. You don’t need to do anything. Our mobile office has a custom-designed sliding seat base that holds the chair firmly in place. A special cylinder allows the chair to swivel when occupied and remain stationary when not in use.
