Cancel an Order
Please contact customer service, at orders@goergo.com, if you need to cancel your order. Ergonomic Solutions begins processing orders immediately, therefore it may not be possible to cancel an order before it has shipped. Orders that have shipped, will need to be returned. Please see our return policy for more details.
Change or Remove an Item
If you need to adjust your order after placing it, please contact customer service at orders@goergo.com to discuss your options. Please note that Ergonomic Solutions begins processing your order immediately and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.
Custom Items and Orders
Orders for custom items may be canceled up until the point where they enter manufacturing. Please contact customer service at orders@goergo.com to discuss your options.
