All the desks are keyed alike, so if there is another driver near you may be able to borrow one from them while waiting for your key to arrive or have a copy made. As a reminder, always keep your desk drawers locked when driving to preventing them from opening.

Additional equipment is available through State Farm’s online ordering system, ePro. To find items that are specifically designed for use in your mobile office, search on “Mobile Office Accessory”. Other items that we supply through ePro (like glare filters and seat cushions) can also be used in a vehicle. To get a list of these items search “Ergonomic Solutions” on ePro.

Ergonomic Solutions has two monitor mounts available. The RAM-SWM01, which gets mounted on the Slatwall hutch, or the RAM-DTM01 which mounts on the desktop. Both are available through ePro. Links to installation instructions are under Optional Equipment on this web page.

You can order a different cylinder for your chair through ePro, State Farm’s online ordering system. The CYL-5 cylinder enables your chair to go 1.5” higher and the CYL4-HD cylinder enables it to go 1.5" lower. These cylinders do not have the auto-return feature that prevents your chair from spinning when you are driving, so you will need to secure it with a bungee cord.

For power inverter issues contact Nick Phillips, State Farm Fleet Management, by email. For all other electrical issues contact Donlen, State Farm’s fleet management company, via your Donlen app or by calling them at 800-283-8807 and asking to be routed to the Vehicle Maintenance Department.
